This site enables you to book places on conferences and purchase passwords to download conference documentation, all organised or prepared by City & Financial. You can also use the site to find out more about City & Financial itself.
To book one or more delegates onto a conference you will need to decide which conference you would like to attend. You can do this by clicking on the "Conferences" button from the blue menu to get a list of all our conferences. Alternatively, you can select a sector to see conferences covering a particular subject.
Once you have selected the conference that you are interested in, you will be able to find out more about it using the tabs that appear below the conference title. The brochure tab allows you to download the conference brochure after completing a short form. This form only needs to be completed once. After completing it you will receive an email with the conference brochure attached. Thereafter you will be able to download any brochure directly when you visit the City & Financial website.
To book one or more conference places select the tab "Booking & Prices". This will show you the price options for the event. Click on "Add to Cart" to make your purchase selection. To manage the number of delegate places, and currency you wish to pay in, click on "View Basket". Using the Currency flag you can elect to pay in US Dollars or Euros rather than pounds. To adjust the number of places you are purchasing change the quantity shown in the box next to the conference fee. To complete your purchase click on "Checkout".
Once you have clicked on the "Checkout" button you will be able to review your purchases and adjust the number of places you have booked. You will then need to complete the form asking for your details. Click on "Next" when you have done this to enter the names of the delegates attending the conference and to stipulate any special dietary needs. Click on "Next" to choose your payment method.
All of City & Financial's Conference documentation is contained on the site in the form of downloadable PDF files. To gain access to these files, you need to purchase a password unless you already have a password as a conference delegate.
To purchase a password, navigate to the "Conference Documentation" section on the Home Page. Once in the Documentation area you can view a complete list of conference documentation, or view them by sector. Once you have selected the relevant documentation click "Add to cart" and follow the process described above. Your password will be sent to you by email.
If you already have a password follow the same process to select your conference documentation. Click on the tab "Download" and type in the password in box as directed. You will then be able to download the conference documentation.
Completing your order
You have the option to pay for your purchases by credit card. This allows you to take advantage of our "Web discounted" prices. Netbanx processes payments made by credit card. NetBanx is a simple and secure payment system that operates over the Internet. NetBanx clears card transactions in seconds and cardholder accounts are directly debited.
Alternatively, you can be invoiced. All invoices are issued at the regular conference fee. "Early bird" and "Web discounted" prices are only available when payment is made.
