The fee for conferences includes refreshments, luncheon, and written documentation for one delegate. Additional conference documentation packs are available to purchase.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Early bird or other discounted delegate fees are only available to those who book and pay for their delegate places at the same time. Invoices are issued at the full amount.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Please ensure ALL bank charges are met by your organisation.
Delegates cancelling 15 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, less 10% of the conference fee (waived if you elect to buy the conference documentation).
Cancellations received between 14 days and 7 days before the event will be entitled to a 50% refund of the conference fee and will also receive a copy of all conference documentation.
Cancellations received 6 days or less before the event will receive no refund, but will receive a copy of all conference documentation.
Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If payment has not been made prior to the event, a full charge will still apply.
Substitutions can be made in writing by post or email at any time.
City & Financial Conferences reserve the right to make any necessary alterations/changes to its programmes.
Conference documentation includes the conference pack with the speakers presentations which is available online at www.cityandfinancial.com
Additional copies of particular documentation is available on payment of a fee.
Payment must be received before a password can be despatched, enabling the purchaser to download the documentation.
