This site allows you to book places on conferences, purchase publications and purchase a password to download documentation, all organised or prepared by City & Financial. You can also use the site to find out more about City & Financial itself.

Conferences

To book one or more delegates onto a conference, simply click on the "Conferences" button either from the Home Page or from the blue menu bar at the top of the page. This will take you to the Conferences section. Here you can view the conferences either as an entire list or by sector using the left hand menu that will appear.

Once you have selected a conference in which you are interested, you will be able to find out more about it by using the new left hand menu that will appear. If you wish to now book places on that conference, click on the "Book Conference" button. You will then be asked how many delegates you would like to register and the fee you will pay. (A website discount is available to those who pay for their delegate place when making their booking). You can click on "Continue Shopping" to make additional purchases, "Update" to amend your order or "Go to Checkout" to make your purchase. You will then be provided with enough boxes to fill in the required details.

When all of the required details have been entered, you will be asked to review your purchase details. You will also be invited to sign up for the C&F newsletter. When you have read the terms and conditions, click on "Confirm" to complete the order.

Publications

To order a publication, simply click on the "Publications" button from the "Home Page" or from the blue menu bar at the top of the page. Once you have entered the publications area you can view the available publications as an entire list or by sector using the left hand menu that will appear.

Once you have selected a particular publication, you can find out more about it by clicking on the left hand menu bar. To purchase the publication click on the "Add to Basket" button and you will be asked how many copies you wish to be delivered to you. Then proceed as above.

Documentation

All of City & Financial's Conference documentation is contained on the site in the form of downloadable PDF files. To gain access to these files, you need to purchase a password. To do this, navigate to the Documentation section from either the Home Page or from the blue menu bar at the top of the page. Once in the Documentation area, you can, again, view a complete list or view them by sector. Once you have selected the relevant documentation click "Purchase Password" to receive your password by email.

Completing your order

You have the option to pay for your purchases by credit card. This allows you to take advantage of our "web discounted" prices. Netbanx processes payments made by credit card. NetBanx is a simple and secure payment system that operates over the Internet. NetBanx clears card transactions in seconds and cardholder accounts are directly debited. NetBanx is often described as the Internet equivalent of the card swipe machines used by retailers when processing payment by credit or debit cards.

Alternatively you can be invoiced. All invoices are issued at the regular conference fee. Early bird and web discounted prices are only available when payment is made. This does not apply to public sector discounted fees.
