Concern over the potentially perverse incentives in the remuneration practices and culture of the City has led to a torrent of proposals from regulators and governments. This has created a situation in which HR directors and other senior management of financial institutions have had to sift through and analyse the latest regulatory initiatives on an almost daily basis, in an attempt to assess their implications and the degree of overlap with other proposals.
The objective of this conference is to provide a thorough analysis of the various regulatory measures in order to assist financial institutions in this process and to ensure that their remuneration and bonus polices meet best practice standards in the new international regulatory environment.
Attendance at this highly topical event will be invaluable for the senior management in financial institutions, including chief executives, chief operating officers, other main board directors, heads of business units, heads of human resources, heads of risk, heads of internal audit, heads of treasury, heads of compliance and heads of legal.
