January 28th 2010

The conference, now in its ninth year, will look at the key business continuity issues financial institutions face in the round and will be of interest to larger non-financial organisations seeking to have insight into the best practice in this area. It has been designed with the following priorities in mind: firm awareness of the continued impact of the recession; illustration of the impact of major disaster like a pandemic; a thorough exposition of the nationally perceived risks; and an outline of how both the regulators of the financial community and those providing the infrastructure plan to cope.

  • Case study – the business continuity challenges facing Aegon UK
  • Managing the press vs managing the incident
