The Local Partnerships 2010 Conference will be held shortly after the general election and will provide delegates with a detailed briefing on what the new administrations plans will mean for the future. It will provide one of the first opportunities to hear about the policies an incoming administration will follow in the sphere of local infrastructure renewal, on the Total Place agenda and in securing efficiencies in the public sector.

Building on the success of last years event, this years programme has been carefully structured to reflect the significant challenges facing local public bodies in delivering key services and stimulating local economic growth and regeneration, while at the same time realising efficiencies and making cost savings.
