The Government is committed to investing in public services and infrastructure.
Partnerships UK continues to develop innovative business models designed to improve the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes and projects as well as public services in local communities.
This programme of work continues apace while Partnerships UK continues to bring its skills and experience to assist public procurers across the whole of public sector in vital areas such as waste, community health and local partnerships. Partnerships UK’s commitment to support such initiatives and in opening new markets is well known both throughout Whitehall and the local authority community.
Our 2009 conference aims to look at how the procurement landscape is changing and is the ideal forum for discussions to help shape wider applications of some of the newer, innovative forms of contracting for public services.
The importance of this conference, aligned with the high quality of speakers and discussion topics, will be of particular importance to public procurers and private sector specialists in embracing these fast moving developments.
I am sure you will agree that the conference programme is forward looking and am confident that you will want to participate. I look forward to seeing you in October.
