CONFIRMATION

CONFERENCE FEE
The fee for conferences includes refreshments, luncheon, and written documentation for one delegate. Additional conference documentation packs are available on request and payment of a fee. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
DISCOUNTED FEES
Early bird and web discounted delegate fees are only available to those who book and pay for their delegate places at the same time. Invoices are issued at the full amount.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
Please ensure ALL bank charges are met by your organisation
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Delegates cancelling 15 days or more before the event will receive a refund less 10% of the conference fee (waived if you elect to buy the conference documentation).
Cancellations received between 14 days and 7 days before the event will be entitled to a 50% refund of the conference fee and will also receive a copy of all conference documentation including access to the transcribed conference proceedings.
Cancellations received 6 days or less before the event will receive no refund, but will receive a copy of all conference documentation including access to the transcribed conference proceedings.
Substitutions can be made in writing (or by email) at any time.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
C&F Conferences reserve the right to make any necessary alterations/changes to its programmes.
2. Conference Documentation
- Conference documentation includes (a) the conference pack with the speakers presentations; and (b) a password to access a full transcript of the complete conference proceedings, professionally edited and with a comprehensive table of contents.
- Transcripts are available in pdf format at the C&F website: www.cityandfinancial.com
- Full documentation is available on payment of a fee, including post and packing.
- Payment must be received before the documentation and password can be despatched.
- Conference transcriptions are typically available three weeks after the conference has taken place.
3. Publishing
Money back guarantee: we do not provide books on approval, but we do offer a money-back
guarantee if the book(s) are returned within 30 days in a saleable condition.
Delivery times: if the book(s) have been published and payment received your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Postage and Packaging Information: the following amounts should be added up to a maximum of £50 for the UK, £50 for Europe and £50 for the rest of the world.
UK: £5 per copy
Europe: £8 per copy
Rest of world: £10 per copy
